I'm not really sure what you mean by "fat marks." Are you talking about stretch marks?

i mean like some times u get fat marks on ur thighs i have that on my breasts is that normal and it is like c through a bit but barly

You misundertood my meaning--"Fat marks" aren't a thing.

There are stretch marks, which look like lines on your skin that are anything from the color of your skin to almost a purple color. They happen when your skin stretches faster than the stretchy proteins in your skin can. 

The only other thing I can figure you mean is cellulite, which is where your skin looks lumpy rather than smooth due to fat deposits underneath your skin. 

Do any of those sound like what you're referring to?

I have them from growing slightly after starting birth control. It's ugly but it's not abnormal. I also have them on my inner thighs.

If you're talking about stretch marks, then yes, that's perfectly normal. Every girl I know has them on her breasts, especially if she has big boobs. My best friend and I both have a lot of really dark ones and that's because we are both DD's. They are just part of having boobs! Don't worry about them. 

If you want to help them become less visible, you can try olive oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil, or any cream (ones that specifically say that they are for stretch marks work best) that has shea in it.

Yep, those are stretch marks. Most girls get some somewhere.. I've got them on my belly, and a couple of really tiny ones on my boobs.
If you really hate them, you can get special lotions and oils to rub into them every day to make them fade (they do work, mine have gone from red zebra stripes to barely visible), but they are TOTALLY normal, even the most gorgeous people with the most perfect figures have stretch marks.
