Whenever I wash my hair, so much hair sheds and it's really annoying! Does it have anything to do with having thick hair?

I have the same problem my hair is long and thick and sheds like crazy . You should try using different hair products and hair treatments hope this helps

Yes, the thicker your hair the more you will shed. You could comb or brush it throughout the day so that you aren't shedding all over youself

Hey,

Sometimes hair loss can be caused by low iron levels in your body or excess stress. Also if you use straighteners/curling tongs/etc a lot then that'll cause it too. I had the same problem so I stopped using my straighteners for a few weeks & it really helped.

If you're really worried then just pop along to your local doc's & have them take a look.
