The other day i went to sit down to eat and all of a sudden i got this sharp pain in my vagina. Is this normal or something bad? It lasted for about 3 minutes till i got up and started walking again. Now early today it happened again for about a minute. Im scared that this is something bad :/ If you know what this could be, please let me know!♥

I get it sometimes too. I think it's just the cervix dilating and/or ovulation. I've never had an abnormal PAP and I have them routinely so it's not cancer or anything.
