Don't worry, it is comepletely normal to get discharge at an early age. And, if you do get it early, don't be ashamed! Getting your period doesn't mean you have to grow up, it just means your body is maturing.
Also, no one has to know if you get your period. Just don't say anything and no one will notice :smileyhappy:

Oh, and I suggest you tell your mom or dad or whoever takes care of you. They can be a big help :smileyhappy:

Spoiler
It is a normal discharge all girls get i remember when i was 10 and that happend and I also noticed i had like this little lump in my boobs....... but the discharge is just your vagina cleaning itself out so don't worry you probably won't start your period until your 13

It is completely normal at ten to start your period. In fact, the age range of "average" is anywhere from 8-18. I happened to be almost sixteen when I started my period, but I was considered normal then as well. I'm not going to say that because your body is maturing things will be rainbows and butterflies, but with chest development... WELL... men will probably start paying a bit more attention to you, which I have to say was one of the things I didn't like. Bodies develop at different rates. Embrace yours because it's the only one you've got.
