if i were you i wouldn't come out to anybody.....at least not until you're like totally sure of your sexuality. if you just want to experiment, you might be curious and that's all.
make sure you know you're gay or bi first. it could get really embarrassing if you come out and then discover you're not really into girls at all.
i can't help you with meeting girls in your area, but by posting in here, you'll get to meet some pretty awesome girls and who knows.....they might actually be in your area
