Yes, definitely don't cyber date at your age. As I explained previously in an old post, most legit cyber dating sites only accept users who are 18+, so chances are you won't meet people your age. And while there's nothing wrong with online dating by default, at your age there's the extra risk of creepy people trying to meet teenage girls. I mean, if you met someone via a non-dating site like gurl, that would be a bit better but even then I'd advise you to be careful and to make sure this person is who they claim to be.
Anyway, I had the same problem when I was 14, because nobody was out at my school. I eventually met like 3 girls who were bicurious but they were not my type. Don't worry too much about it, while I do feel sad that I never got to experience high school dating stuff with a girl, I also don't mind having waited until I was older to meet more girls.
Are there any LGBT clubs in your school or city, like especially clubs for young people? Joining them could help you meet more people and in general making friends outside of your school through extracurriculars and stuff could also help you meet people who may know lesbian or bi girls.
