We work together and the second I saw her I was mesmerized. We talk at work and get personal. We both go out of our ways to talk to the other person and get in trouble for it alot. We worked together two weeks ago at night and were talking all night long, especially about what we like in a girl. She called me over on her break just to say she was full lol. She was saying how she wanted to go out that night and got excited when she had her best friend was sleeping over. She was quick to say "I would've invited you but I didn't know if you were into video games and smoking" We walked out together and she hugged me and while we were walking away I told her to have a good night and that next time she can teach me how to play video games. We worked together the next morning and she called me dear and love. She didn't have her phone and gave me the keys to her car and her number to find it and said she didn't care if I looked through anything. She hugged me goodbye again later. We didn't work with each other all week, I went in Tuesday to check for my schedule and Wednesday again because they weren't up. She worked both nights, I stayed Wednesday to study and she walked over and was messing with me and once she got off came and sat down with me. She took my phone and changed her contact name to "___ is sooooo cuuutttee" then she sent me a picture of herself for contact ID. We walked out together and hugged again and she told me to text her. I texted her that night for a little but she was tired so not long. The next day she texted me asking to hang out with her and her friend rose so I did. I walked up to her car and said hi, she said hi and told me about her cold sore. While I was walking back to my car I heard her and her friend giggling and talking. then i followed her to her house. She's a full on stoner and I'm not but I went anyway. She held the pipe for me, blew smoke in my face. Wasn't afraid to touch my waist and tell me to scoot over. She kept telling her friend how cool I am while I was getting silly. She let me lay on her bed. She'd say self conscious things every so often like sorry my room is so messy and sorry my guitar is in the back and etc. She gave me her sweatshirt to wear when we went outside. I asked her if she wanted to go out to eat but I guess she and her friend had plans so I hugged her and left. after I got back she was texting me saying to come back with food and I said no that she had to come to where I was but the place was closing and half an hour later she texted me saying "damn it I was gonna come!" I told her she missed out. Texted her today saying thanks and she said you're welcome, I said next time chipotle she says yum and that was it. I see her Sunday for work.
I'm really confused as to how she sees me-do you think she might be flirting? How can I flirt back without being clingy?
