ok i really like a boy but im self concious about myself very self consious. about my weight and everything........ im scared of rejection........... how do i no be self consious????
Being self conscious stems from you not actually liking yourself. You reject yourself all the time when you start putting yourself down about your weight or your looks or whatever it is you decide isn't good enough. When you find it impossible to accept yourself the way you are, how can you expect others to?
