Don't try to be anyone else but you. They're already taken.

Don't put yourself down because you think someone else is "prettier" than you; you have the biggest heart out of us all.

Don't take all the information from magazines saying that only only size any girl should be is a "2".

Anyone can be "pretty". PRETTY IS NOT ENOUGH.

Those girls talking about you, yeah, they're just jealous about how awesome you are.

Please, please, PLEASE, don't ever think that taking your life is the only solution. The hard times will pass and make you a stronger person. 

There may be pain in the night, but joy comes in the morning.

      Another thing I want to say.... Please don't cut yourself. I know you may think it's the only way to get rid of the pain, but it becomes a scar to show how vulnerable you were at that point in time. Plus! It's not attractive to most people. It's not pleasing to hear that someone cut themselves because of pain; it's more painful after you cut because you physically harmed yourself. There is other ways to get your pain out. Before you EVER think of cutting, look at the people who care about you. Would they like to see that you were weak? :c

     I couldn't put that. I don't want people to be encouraged to make decisions like that. 

Honestly speaking: the reason I'm not going to put that down because you should try with you very best, even with not much, to forgive the people who have hurt you. Even IF they have scared you.

     I'm trying my best with that right now because of my brother, and I don't want others to think of me as a hypocrite.

Brother is family, boyfriend is not. And we can't help others if they don't want to help themselves-- they only drag us down further.

I'm talking about emotionally and physically abusive men along with cheaters etc etc and women thinking they will change or "things will be different this time."

Forgiveness doesn't mean you have to put yourself in a position to be hurt again. You don't have to forget.

You can forgive someone for what they have done. They don't have to ask for it, but you can let yourself forgive them, so you can let go of your pain and be a happier person for it.
