Questionable ads

Normally, I'm not such a prude, but in this case, I will make an exception.

I don't use gURL.com as often as I did a few years ago, but I logged on today because I wanted to see if you still had the movie selectors that you used to have (by the way, where did they go?).

I searched for "movie" in the search bar, and as I was scrolling down, I happened to notice that one of the links to another article was a column on how to make your boyfriend last longer in the bedroom.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's something teenaged girls should be worried about at this point in their lives. Or have times changed? I'm 21, but I know that when I was in high school, I was more concerned about not getting caught than I was about making him last longer (to be completely truthful, I was trying to make the opposite happen).

My point is that I feel that is an article that is just a little too adult for a website aimed at young women.

If the reader disagrees, then fine, but I just wanted to voice my opinion.

Re: Questionable ads

Hi Connie.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand how on first glance, this post can be seen as too adult for a teen site, but if you click through and read the post, you'll see that the topic is handled in a very responsible and teen-appropriate way.

Please keep feedback like this coming. I love hearing from our readers, especially long time readers like you.

And I'm not sure what you mean by the movie selectors. What were they exactly? Might be something fun to bring back to the site.

Thanks!
