Basically, I've danced since I was really young and I've been in and out of dance schools because my mine problem is my confidence I've been told by friends and family I'm a good dancer so get on stage but I just can't and I can't do dance competitions either because I have absolutely no confidence in myself what so ever, help?!

I understand where you're coming from. I was like that until i realized that it isn't worth the stress over what the other people are going to think if you fail! I can guarentee that three quarters of the people dont know you well enough to even begin to judge you! You should just focus on doing the best that you can, and even if you mess up, you wont be disapointed because you tried your hardest. YOLO, baby! Just get out there and do your thang!!!! =)
