I'm 13, I'm 5 ft. and I'm 210 pounds. I'm bubbly, funny, loud, a tomboy and I am very country. I like guys ALOT but nobody ever seems to look at me etc and I've never had anyone like me (except one guy a few years ago, but noone serious/major). I would really like to date, but it seems that no one can ever see past my weight!
I am currently trying to loose weight (100 pounds is my goal). Do you think that if I lost weight that I could find some one for me? It's hard enough to find a country guy who is everything I want, but even harder when he can't see past your size (which is 18).
I love my curves, and I try to be positive, so I don't need any advice on that.
POINT IS: :: :: Do you think some one would like me if I was smaller in size? (If you watch Duck Dynasty: If I was Sadie's size, would I get a Beau, too?)
Thanks!!

You're still young. Relationships with people your age aren't really serious. You've got plenty of time to have relationships. I totally understand that it's frustrating when it seems like everyone around you has someone, but I promise you that it isn't the end of the world.
However, I do think that it is a great idea for you to lose weight, but not to get someone to like you. For your own health! You should seriously talk to your pediatrician about your weight loss goals because you are trying to lose nearly 50% of your current weight. In order to take on such a large weight loss goal, you should be talking to your doctor in order to make sure you're losing weight in a healthy way. Especially since you're so young.
I don't think that you should lose weight to try to get guys to like you. I think that you should lose weight because you are at risk for a ton of health complications in the near future, as well as being at risk for obesity throughout the rest of your life and all the health problems that come with it. This should be something you're doing for yourself. There's no guarantee that losing a hundred pounds is going to make guys any more interested in you than they are now, but someone who is happy and healthy should certainly have a fighting chance.

You sound like a beautiful and nice girl. Believe me when I say that you don't want to change for a boy, especially at 13. Just let your personality shine, and remember: You are the woman you are today because that's who you are meant to be. Don't change that. I've seen too many people do that already.

Don't loose weight to get a boy to like you, because you'll only end up dissappointed in the end result when someone doesn't imediately fall at your feet.
Loose weight for your health, and to feel better about yourself.
Take this time to have fun with your friends, and love life and living right now! Set great foundations for yourself, for the future.
It's not because you're young, I would never say that, but the more you want something to happen, the less it's likely to happen. I've always found, when I'm looking for a boy they never seem to be there, but when I have fun with my friends, just being the best person I can be, then they tend to turn up.
Boys are not the be all and end all, and whilst other girls might be getting attention, you can just be blase.
and boys tend not to care about sizes, it's all to do with confidence!
