Hi everyone !

Ok so there's this guy I like and he lives in Queensland (I live in Victoria) and we met when we were both on holiday in Tasmania. ((In case you didn't know these are all states in Australia)) Ever since we met - I'm not going into detail - we have been talking and well we played this game once called the question game. One time he asked me if we lived closer would i go out with him if he asked and I said yeah maybe. And so then I asked if we lived closer would you ask me out and he said yes. So yeah anyway,,

Most of our conversations though are just like 'hi how are you good thx and you yeah good' and then it kinda just stops because we don't really know what to say.

I'm just wondering how to like start a conversation with your crush without like it being weird. Like I want him to be a best friend - someone i can talk to anything about - but also a boyfriend ya know? Yeah so can you guys please give me ideas of how to start a long conversation. And i dont want answer like ask him questions and then like list questions because mostly the questions are really weird and stuff yeah can you guys just please give me topics or something I dont know.

So you guys only communicate through text? 

The key to long texting conversations is QUESTIONS. Just make sure you always tack a question at the end of the text, nothing too weird or intrusive though. 

Talk about things that, when he sees them in his life or talks about them with other people, he will think of you. He is more likely to text you that way. Like, talk about a movie he maybe hasn't seen yet... when he finally sees it he'll text you and you can talk about it... you know?

It really is a two way street though... If he's not making an effort to have conversations via text then there is not much you can do. 

You need to meet up and have real life conversations too!
