actually i think i might have an idea what your problem is.
you said you don't have any problem making yourself orgasm so i think you always stop your b/f because....when you orgasm you kinda lose control for a few seconds............and when you're with him, subconsciously you don't want him to see you lose control ...like shake and twitch and make weird faces.
anyway thats my theory 
Sometimes when my boyfriend and I are together it starts to get really intense if I orgasm more than a couple of times and I try to get him to slow down but he usually keeps going, which is fine with me as long as he knows I am not going to do the work at all. if you're a crazy couple, you shouldn't have any problems being crazy together. like theres nothing more intimate than sharing your body with him so you should just let yourself go. i bet if you did, your b/f would get soooo turned on to see you orgasm.
there's pretty much no way to hide an orgasm lol............but if you're really concerned about it, why not make a joke of it and put your hands over your face.......or hide under a blanket or something 
I know, I agree so that's why i need to fix this problem haha. I never thought about it being a turn on...that could be a good thing.
