theres one called a "hitachi wand". i've never used one (i only use my toothbrush ) but i've heard a lot about them...and seen a few videos and OMG!!!!! haha they're really good

only thing is they're big and look heavy.......pretty sure they're loud too but if you've got a soundproof room (or theres nobody else at home) they'll totally do the job

the only one i can seriously recommend (after a lot of use ) has got "oral b" on the handle

i've never used a real vibrator so idk what they're like but i'd sooo love to try the "luv" one. i keep thinking about the pink heart  and how it'd feel on my bits lol
