out of curiosity, if you havent had sex for quite a while can your vagina go tight again? or does it stay slightly looser?

The vagina is a muscle so if you don't use it for a while it can tighten up.

There really isn't much of a difference.
If you compare sizes of the vaginal opening and the size of a penis head, the vagina will always be tight.
You can try kegels, if anything. Or abstain from sex for a while.
