I'm going to try and be as delicate as possible because you sound very confused. One thing you need to know is that having sex with your SISTER is a little messed up. It's illegal for one and gross. Anyways since you are only 14 I'd suggest to probably stop having sex at least with so many people. Also especially if you are having sex with multiple people make sure you are using protection against both pregnany and STDs/STIs. Though also remember no protetction is 100% so you have to think about the consequences and what you would do if they arose and how you would deal with them etc. 

Even though I don't like labels especially "slut" there is definately a lot of people who would call you that. Not to mention that Incest (sex with family) is highly looked down upon in today's society. You should really hold yourself to a higher standard. You also can get in a lot of trouble with your school and your parents and probably even the law since you are underage. You really should not be having sex at 14 first of all, but since damage has already been done, you need to go to the gynecologist and get yourself checked out to make sure you don't have any STD's (be aware that you don't always show symptoms). You really were not using your head when you were sleeping with your sister and more than a handful of guys and girls. I'm going to blunt here, that is disgusting and with your sister it's incest. You need some help......there are so many things wrong with what you just said.....like so much. If I was you I would stop. You probably have an STD 1 in 8 people do and you've slept with way more than 8 also stop with that stuff with your sister you really should. Personally I think sex is a meaningful experience that can only be fully experienced in marriage or a really long relationship.
