As iv  said before my boyfriends 15, turning 16 in July and Ive just turned 17. Hes really mature for his age, personality and looks wise. So we've talked about doing 'it', but my friend freaked me out saying that i coud be charged for rape?? The law for legal sex is 16 in the uk, this is may be a really stupid question but is it classed as rape if hes younger than me??

According to UK law, yes, it is considered statutory rape since he's not yet 16. England doesn't have exceptions for closeness in age like some US states. I had a friend who had sex when he and his girlfriend were both 15 and nothing bad came of it. I would say don't let this stop you - if you want to have sex, have sex, just don't get caught.

I agree with selo - if you both want to have sex and your both comfortable and consenting then go for it. Just make sure you use protection!!

if you want to have sex make sure you tell at least your mom you are taking that step because:

a- that way you'll be sure no body is snitching to the authorities. 

b-  she will help you PROTECT yourself... condoms aren't fun she can get you birth control pills/vaginal ring/etc.... if she can provide why not use her when you can?  you have time before you are fully indepenent. 

you can also think of another option:
C- don't tell anyone,  buy condoms, don't get caught.

This is a good idea (if you have a good, close relationship with your mum). She took me to the clinic to get on birth control and she hasn't told anyone (it's not her business to anyway) and I know my dad definitely wouldn't want to know anyway.
