I found the Ansell Lifestyles (in the blue box) to be the most comfortable and easy to use and I've never had any issues. I also like their assorted range but I find they're not as lubricated.

I have never really had an issue with a condom being uncomfortable for me so I pretty much just let the guy decide, he is the one who has to wear it anyways. Lifestyles and Trojans are what we usually use though.

I hate condoms but in my experience Crown Skinless Skin condoms are pretty great. They have a reputation of also being the best condom around. Check the reviews.
