I love make up, mainly eye makeup but I've tried a few and my eyes and around my eye area starts to get really itchy and dry. I've tried natural eyeliners and mascaras as well but no hope...they still got my eyes itchy. The natural ones I've tried are:

Benecos, Natural Kajal Eye Liner

Honeybee Gardens, Truly Natural Mascara

Reviva Labs, Hypoallergenic Mascara

Physician's Formula, Inc., Eye Definer, Automatic Eye Pencil

I've also tried Covergirl, Revlon, Mabeline....nothing has really worked. Please recommend something no more than 15 dollars. Thank you

Try elf products they are good and not expensive

my eyes are pretty sensitive too.. anything by almay or elf seems to work for me.
