Okay, so here's the deal. I have always loved my dad and we have almost always gotten along very well. But lately we've been fighting a lot because I'm noticing that he's got some problems in his life that he needs to change because they're just holding him back. Whenever I try to help him, we always get in a fight because he doesn't even seem to care that he can't support himself. What should I do about this?!

How old are you? 

What are these problems that you're noticing? 

Is your dad married/in a relationship? 

What do you mean by "he can't support himself"?
