I smoked from a hookah for my first time yesterday. It was pretty enjoyable. I'm not even sure exactly what we were smoking. I know a majority of the time you smoke variants of tobacco with hookahs but you can also smoke tobacco-free variants from a hookah. Tasted pretty good and I got pretty light headed haha. Was smoking with my boyfriend and some friends that I just met for the first time cool guys. If it was tobacco that was the first time I ever smoked tobacco. Though really you don't inhale most of the smoke from a hookah. Either way I don't really care as I liked it.

The tobacco that's used for hookah normally is called Shisha. It's normal to be light headed, especially for a non-smoker. I smoke, so I don't really feel light headed from it, just a little bit calmer. I smoked hookah the other night with my friend. It was mixed berry flavored, oddly enough it tasted like fruity pebbles or somethin! Try it

Yea haha I was reading a bit more into it after I posted. I know we were smoking a "sex on the beach" flavor it was pretty good. I also watched some youtube videos haha and someone used kool-aid instead of just water in their hookah because they said it normally makes it taste better. I thought it was kind of weird though in a way since Shisha is flavored and I would think you would want to taste that instead.

There's a cute little hookah place near where I live, so it tended to be a hangout spot back in high school and since high school as well. I go there every now and then. Hookah does make manny people lightheaded. It did for me, so I barely inhale anymore. I might inhale the first two puffs or something, but for the most part I just smoke it for the flavor without actually inhaling it. One of my friends' first time smoking hookah she inhaled it the entire time them threwup when we left because it made her sick.
