you need to get help.............like yesterday!!
eating disorders can kill you. please don't wait for something more to happen.
your body is already being affected and you need to get help.
talk to your parents, counsellor, doctor.............anyone who can help before it;s too late.
if you look in the mirror and see yourself as fat or grossly out of proportion or ugly............you could have body dysmorphic disorder (i think thats how its spelled). nobody else actually sees you the way you see yourself.
please get help now!

Do you have a close relationship with your parents, a sibling, or any close friends? Because if you have someone you can confide in, you can ask them to tell your parents for you. I know that explaining yourself can be really difficult sometimes, and it really helps to have a friend to help
When I was pregnant, I had my boyfriend tell my boss (we work together) because it was too hard for me to say those words.
Once your parents know, they can help get you what you need. And you really do need help!
Until you get help, throw away all the scales, get rid of all full-length mirrors, and stop looking at skinny people. Instead of looking in the mirror and disliking what you see, tell yourself you are beautiful. Soon enough, you will begin to believe it. ![]()
But please tell someone, and get help... Anorexia is a really dangerous disease, especially for someone who is still developing.

I'm speaking from experience, here. TELL SOMEONE. Don't keep your problems with food a secret. Tell whoever you trust. Friends, siblings, parents, grandparents, whoever! The longer you keep it a secret, the worse the problem will get. It's so much easier to indulge in addictive, destructive behavior when you don't have anyone watching out for it and you aren't held accountable to anyone. If you really want help, you need to start talking about your problems to people that can help you. An eating disorder isn't something that is easily handled by oneself.
Also speaking from experience, I know it's hard to even think about telling someone, but it'll worth it, I swear.
