My cousin had really really large breasts and they weren't inproportion to her body at all; they were also giving her back troubles and she couldn't cope anymore. She can wear clothes which are her actualy size instead of baggy shirts and such.

I think you should speak to your doctor again and really consider surgery. I'm not suggesting this lightly either, but I've seen the affect it had on someone. There will be scaring obviously and surgey can be a scary thing but I'm pretty sure it'll be worth it in the long run. This is obviously only my advice but I strongly advise you have a long think about this.

I actually had a talk to a breast reduction specaiallyist and he told me quite  few problems it can cause
1. It could cause problems when i have babies and try and breasts feed them eg: not alot of milk will be produced or it wont come at good
2. Scars have a high chance of not being removed
3. It could end up with my body being strangly affected by the sudden change and i will go through a year or less where i would be in pain
I thnk there were more but i don't like the odds of any of those happening.  But I when i went to a physcologist about my problem she told me that if i go ahead with the traning becuase i will be not consentrating on the pain it would make me like them more and i would accept my situation.  meaning i would no longer be always hiding them.
So I think i might actaully do the training but i would like another person opinion

You can give some to me. There are women with mosquito bites like myself who will always be this way and would cherish some bigger boobs.

I think you should consider getting a second opinion. It is possible that your ability to breastfeed would be reduced but that can be avoided with certain techniques: vertical incision rather than using a complete nipple-areola complex (NAC) transplantation, which would increase the likelihood that you'd lose feeling in the NAC since the nerves would be severed. But it is dependent on the size of your breasts and the degree of reduction.

I'm not sure what is meant by the next two. "2. Scars have a high chance of not being removed

3. It could end up with my body being strangly affected by the sudden change and i will go through a year or less where i would be in pain."
Scars are permanent, but with time they tend to fade until they're barely noticeable. But I'm not sure what you mean by "being removed." And then the third "risk" sounds pretty ridiculous. Your body might have some super weird and incredibly rare reaction? You're more likely to become septic from a post-surgery infection and die than you are to have some weird vague reaction. Breast reduction surgery can be performed as an outpatient surgery (like having your wisdom teeth out) and you may not even have to spend the night in the hospital, and recovery time is 1-2 weeks for most people. I totally understand that those risks sound scary, but I'm not sure you're really looking at it critically or paying attention to the likelihood of those things happening.
I'm  not trying to say you should go for surgery if you're not interested in it. I'm just saying that you shouldn't discount it as an option because some doctor tried to scare you out of it. You can muscle through the pain, but it is unlikely that it will go away. In general, weight loss has very little impact on breast size, even though many doctors will push it. From someone who lives with chronic pain, I can't say that I would accept it if I knew there were something I could do to eliminate it. However, I do think that exercise is a good idea for you. You should really try to strengthen your abdominal, back, and shoulder muscles so that they're better able to support the weight of your breasts. Better posture will make you look better and feel better. And getting in better shape can also do wonders for your self-esteem! :smileyhappy:

Like flaming said, there are different procedures which would still enable you to breastfeed when your ready to have a baby. There isn't just simply one procedure for breast reduction.
2. Scars have a high chance of not being removed
How do you mean not being removed? Usually scars stay forever and can't be "removed". If you have that mentality though, you might not want to have a child either since you may need a C-section which WILL leave a scar which cannot be "removed".The scar(s) may not even be very visible and will obviously heal overtime. No, having scars on your breast (or anywhere on your body for that matter) isn't particularly nice but you deal with it. If your concerned about guys been turned off by them, any guy whose so shallow as to be turned off by a scar isn't worth any of your time.
3. It could end up with my body being strangly affected by the sudden change and i will go through a year or less where i would be in pain
Now this, I can't comprehend since it doesn't really make sense to me. There's a much greater chance of you getting an infection from the opertation (very rare) and dying from that then your body been afftected by the sudden change. I've never heard of this; ever.

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy but the exercise will only do so much and your boobs will still be big and giving you backache; it's just there will be more muscle than fat. In all honesty it sounds like your doc's tried to scare you out of surgery for some reason which isn't professional at all. They're meant to give positivites and negatives of BOTH solutions; not just one. It's great that you'd come to love your boobs but that can't be guranteed and also, I think being able to wear clothes that fit you and make you look flattering and not suffering from different pain caused by your large breats is more important than growing to love them. That's just my perspective/opinion. I understand your still young and you have to be a certain age from breast reduction surgery but I think you really need to consider it for the future. Your 19 and claim they're still growing? What about this time next year...they could be HUGE. Exercise will only reduce them temporarily if they're still growing.

I'm slowly trying to love myself...
