Do both! You could do blonde underneath and red on top or the other way, or do blonde with red lowlights or red with blonde highlights, or you could do red with blonde bangs (like my hair In my pic)

I would recommend having a professional do it if you decide to do both colors though to make sure the red doesn't bleed into the blonde.

I am a licensed cosmetologist, I love multicolored hair and playing with lots of different colors, post a pic of it when you dye it!
