Your doctor is not allowed to tell anyone. If he did, it would be against HIPAA regulations and he could lose his license.

Your doctor is bound by confidentiality and can't tell anyone. If he does, he runs the risk of getting sued and losing his license. Is there a place with family planning/teen sexuality appointments, like Planned Parenthood or similar? They might have other doctors so that might be easier for you.
Secondly, you might want to consider the fact that the pill is a VERY high maintenance method. You need to take it every day at about the same hour for it to be effective. It's not very easy to hide it from your mother, especially if you're ever on vacation or somewhere else that you can't sneakily take it. If you miss one you'll have to be using condoms for a while (though I'd advise you to use condoms even when you're protected, especially if you're young).
Whatever you do, do NOT buy the pills without asking someone like a doctor what the side effects are and if it's compatible with your medical history. Some types of pill can aggravate existent health issues or clash with medicine that you're already taking. You also want something that is right for you, your age and body type. And never be afraid of getting second opinions if you have to.
There are other methods that might be easier for you to try, like patches, rings, etc. that you have to do much less often than the pill.
