Freaking out for my Gynecology appointment!

Ok, I'm new here but I've been reading the articles and they're really great. I really just need to vent cause I'm freaking out. A couple weeks ago I made an appointment with my gynecologist who I've only met one other time (2 Gyn appointments total). I was originally going because my periods have become crazy heavy and painful over the past few months and spending a week in the bath tub per month is not really ecceptable for a college student. Well Thursday I started having spontaneous orgasms, like 40 a day which kinda falls under Persistant Genital Arousal Disorder. I email my PCP and he told me I need to talk to the gyno about it! My appointment is today and I'm just kinda freaking out cause I will probably be orgasming through the whole appointment. I don't know what to do and I can't find anything online similar to my predicament. What would you guys do if you were in my shoes. The orgasms are really painful by the way and distressing cause there's nothing sexual about them.

Ok, update. I went to my appointment and it was pretty horrible. I orgasmed the entire duration of the appointment. He was really fast during the pelvic exam but it didn't stop it from being the most embarrassing moment of my life. Bottom line, I take birth control now for my periods and I need physical therapy :/. If anyone ever has to go through this just know you are not alone and you will make it through.

While I am so glad you are getting the help you need, I hate that you had to go through it in the first place...
