Anxiety disorder- Need help

Hey, I am Mary from Toronto. I have been suffering from anxiety issues since 6 months. I get panic attacks often. It is affecting my work life badly. I am not able to complete anything on time. My job is at risk and my supervisor warned me about it many times. Anxiety increases when the deadlines for work becomes close. Even the small things matter me and I get tensed about it.
I don?t know how am I able to overcome this. I need to get rid of this. I asked my colleagues regarding this and one of them asked me to try out a social anxiety disorder therapy. His mom had the same issue and she had shown improvements after the treatment. Are there any other ways to lessen my anxiety? Kindly share your opinions. Thank you in advance.
