Sleep problems

Hey everyone. I have a problem with my sleeping patterns. I sleep okay when I hit the pillow, but I can't seem to stay asleep for more than a few hours at a time. When I come home from school I eat dinner then I have to go straight to bed because I'm exshausted. But then I wake up around midnight and can't fall back to sleep. I do my homework at night and most of my daytime stuff too. By 4 or 5 in the morning I'm exhausted. Does anyone else have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep all the way through the night? I'm a morning person but I'm usually super tired from being up all night, and then I have to get though school.

Insomnia is annoying. I often have problems with falling asleep. Any stress at work guarantees a sleepless night. In the morning, I usually don't remind a vigorous and effective person. This greatly affects my work. My doctor even prescribed me special pills, such as . They help me to be more alert, attentive, concentrated, they also help me cope with anxiety and I fall asleep more easily.
