I know everyone is concerned about having small breasts and honestly i'm one of them (sorry) but at this point i'm not as concerned about that. I have small breasts to begin with and i recently noticed that one is larger than the other. It's always been that way but now it's basically twice the size of the other. It makes me really self concious and uncomfortable. One of my breasts can fit in a bigger cup size and the other one barely fills the one i have now. What do i do? Can i do anything to help the other breast grow quicker (i know thats a silly question, but it can't hurt to ask)? Any help is most appreciated!
You can't do anything about it. Breasts are usually uneven until they are done growing, and even then they may still be a little uneven.
Yeah i accepted the fact that they'd always be uneven, but i had no idea it'd be this uneven. They're actually different cup sizes. Can i do anything to mask the fact that they're SO badly uneven?
Kinda just have to wait it out, girl. Clothing and a good bra is key. I had the same problem. Now it's been a long time and that problem is still there but WAY less of a difference. Took maybe a year though :(
Try to relax. People really don't notice that sort of thing very often. A guy with short or light colored facial hair can shave half their face and generally people won't notice for a long time. My boyfriend tried that out on me once. I never actually did notice, neither did his family or friends. He ended up telling me a few weeks later.
I have the exact same issue. My left breast wont fill the bra while my right breast is spilling out of it. What I do, is I went to hobby lobby or like a sewing store, and I bought a bunch of cheap breast pads and sewed them into the left side of all of my bras. It's a quite a bit of work but the result in the end is worth it. At least they will look even when you wear low cut shirts or what not.
You're not alone, so many people are like you! What cup sizes are they? Mine are about a A and a full B. It's horrible. I just stuff or wear a padded bra that evens it out, but it's still a noticeable difference. And I can never wear even somewhat low shirts because when I bend down, you can see the padding! I realized the key is to get a full coverage bra that fits the larger breast, and stuff the other. That way, there is room for you to pad, and the padding doesn't stick out because it's full coverage. And there is really nothing to do but wait it out and see if it changes. You can consider plastic surgery in the future. I've heard rubbing lavendar oil on the area works, but I think it's just a myth.
My boobs are so confusing, Mind are the same. One is a 36 DD and other 38 DD, i dint know why but everyone have a boob a little biger or smaller. The most you can do is buy a custom made bra. there not cheap
