Sleeping Phase

Recently I been getting up at three am and not being able to fall back asleep until five am.Sleeping pills don't work and neither do apps. How do I get rid of this pain? It's really affecting my life.

This happens to me about half the time, everybody is different so this May not work for you, I read for about half an hour something really boring helps, forgive me for being blunt but sometimes masturbation help me to relax enough to go back to sleep.

Have you tried taking Melatonin?
