Diet: Smoothies!

I'm wanting to try and eat more veggies if possible without losing weight! I'm happy in my own body and don't want to lose any weight what so ever! I just want to be a bit more healthy.?
My diet is quite poor, I eat very less but I do not eat fatty foods every day! I am watching my weight, yes. But I just do not want to lose any weight. I came across about smoothies and how to enjoy it even if you hate vegs! I'd like to try a smoothie but I can't find a recipe for smoothies that won't make you lose weight!?

I know this sounds demanding but I mean it, I'm happy in my own body~
