It's hard to pick a FAVORITE book because I have enjoyed different books at different times in my life. Sometimes I love a book because it lets me escape. Sometimes I love a book because it made me see the world differently. Just throwing some books out there as my favorites I would have to pick:

Eragon (whole Inheritance cycle)

1. A nameless Witch
2. The Dharma Bums- Jack Kerouac

3.) Ketchup Clouds by Annabel Pitcher

1. Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz. (It's a beautiful and cute book about friendship and love between two Mexican-American boys in the 80s.)
2. The Lost Crown by Sarah Miller (This one's about the four daughters of the last czar of Russia: Olga, Tatiana, Maria, and Anastasia. It's historical fiction based on real events.)
3. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald (This needs no explanation. A quick read and a classic. The movie actually did it justice, which is rare.)
4. Hamlet by William Shakespeare (My favorite of Shakespeare's works. It's just a classic revenge tragedy.)
5. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins (Cute, upbeat, and ultimately romantic, this is the story of American Anna's year at a school in Paris and a French boy named Etienne St.Clair.)

(I don't know if these are in order or not, but Aristotle and Dante is definitely my favorite book ever.)
