Adrian smiled and put his arm around her
-
"Thanks." Ethan said and took a sip. "I don't suppose you can have a drink with me?"

Hadley smiled as she laid against his chest.
--
"You know the rules," Casey smirked.

"It'll be nice to get away for a few days." Adrian said and stroked her shoulder softly.
-
"You used to break the rules for me." Ethan pointed out.

"You're telling me," Hadley said.
--
"A person can change a lot in two years," Casey told him.

"We can swim in?a lake if you want. I know a great spot." Adrian told her.
-
"So I've noticed." Ethan said. He preferred the wilder Casey.

"Won't it be cold?" Hadley asked with a chuckle.
--
"Gotta grow up sometime," Casey said with a shrug before she started wiping down the bar.

"A little." Adrian shrugged.
-
"Still like me as much as you used to?" Ethan asked.

"Then I'm gonna have to think about getting in the water," Hadley chuckled.
--
"Who said I ever liked you?" Casey teased.

"You can test it out when we get there." Adrian said.
-
"Sleeping with me was a big indication." Ethan smirked at her.

"We're just staying for a night right?" Hadley asked.
-
"Maybe I was just being nice," She shrugged.

"We can stay for two if you want." Adrian offered.
-
"You're a very nice person." Ethan smirked.

"I mean I do have the whole week off," Hadley chuckled, "But two nights is enough for me."
-
"Thanks," She winked before helping another customer.

"I could live off the grid and never get sick of it." Adrian laughed
--
"Welcome." He said before downing his second beer.

"I don't think I could," Hadley said, "I like being around people and Target," She chuckled.
--
?

"What, no Starbucks?" Adrian teased her.

"Well most Targets have Starbucks in them, it's the best of both worlds," Hadley laughed.

"Well they've got everything you need then." Adrian laughed.

"It's my favorite place," Hadley teased.
--
Casey wiped down the bar, her shift was almost over, "You're still here?" She asked.

"Thats a little sad." Adrian teased back
-
"Got nowhere else to be." Ethan shrugged.

"Favorite place to shop," Hadley chuckled, "I should've clarified," She said before letting out a yawn.
--
"I figured you had people to see," Casey told him.

"Sloppy work for a lawyer." Adrian joked.
-
"Not tonight. Just you." Ethan smiled.

"Oh shut up," Hadley chuckled before looking up and pecking his lips.
-
"Oh wow, aren't I special," Casey smirked.

"As you wish." Adrian smiled before closing his tired eyes.
-
"Always." Ethan smirked back. "You want to come back to my place tonight?"

"Goodnight," Hadley said softly before rolling over and falling asleep.
-
"I can't," Casey said simply, she wasn't going to let him know about her dad.

"Goodnight." Adrian mumbled and soon fell asleep.
--
"Why? You got a husband and kids waiting on you at home?" He smirked.

Hadley slept through the rest of the night, she finally woke up the next morning and rolled out of bed to make them breakfast.
-
"You caught me," Casey teased with a smirk.
