"Doesn't everybody." Lucio teased, even though it was true.
"I love Starbucks." Shelby said as she buckled up.

"Not us locals," Cara winked at him.
"I forgot you're a basic white girl," He teased.

"Not us locals." Lucio smiled back at her.
"Don't call me that." Shelby said, giving him a look.

"Did you enjoy your breakfast?" She asked as she sat back in the chair.
"It was just a joke," Asher chuckled.

"I did." Lucio told her. "Did you?"
"I know." Shelby chuckled.

"I did too," Cara smiled.
Asher just shook his head as he pulled into the nearest Starbucks, heading to their drive-thru, "What do you want?" He asked.

"The meeting went longer than I expected." Lucio said after checking the time.
"A hazelnut latte and a bagel with cheese." Shelby said.

"Well he was a little late," Cara reminded him, "What do you have planned for today?" She asked.
Asher ordered for them before pulling up to the window. He handed Shelby her coffee and sat his in the cup holder while they waited on the bagel.

"The usual business." Lucio said as he checked his texts.
Shelby sipped her latte as they waited for her bagel. "I forgot how good these are."

"So blas?," Cara chuckled, finishing off her coffee.
Asher thanked the barista before handing Shelby her bagel, "When was the last time you had one?" He asked with a chuckle as he drove off?

"I gotta make sure the money stays flowing in. House always wins right?" Lucio reminded her.
"Its been a while. I usually don't drink coffee before work." Shelby explained.

"Of course," Cara smiled, "Then I better let you get to work then."
Asher nodded as he drove, getting to the theater, "Here we are," He smiled at her.

"I'll be in my office. Come find me if you get lonely." Lucio smriked and pecked her lips.
"Thanks. I'll see you tonight." Shelby said and grabbed her bag.

Cara smirked, "Will do," She said, getting up, "Don't work too hard."
Asher smiled at her before speeding off to the casino, he got out at the valet and handed them his keys.

"I never do." Lucio joked before going to his office. He checked the time and waited for Asher.

Asher waved to the some of the front desk hostesses on his way to the elevator, he pressed the floor for his office.

"Mornin." Lucio said when he saw Asher. He gabbed a file and shut the office door so no one would hear them. "We may have a problem."

"Yeah, and that is?" Asher asked as he sipped on his coffee.

"I think we've got a few people counting cards." He said, taking out pictures from the file and showing him the images from the security cameras.?

Asher looked over the photos, "Where's Vaughn?" He asked, "That guy looks like the client he and I went to dinner with the other night."

"He's doing some press work downstairs." Lucio told him.

"How do you want to deal with this?" Asher asked, taking another sip of his coffee. They hadn't had to deal with card counting in awhile.

"I could deal with it in a way thats not entirely legal." Lucio pointed out. He wasn't above getting physical to keep his business in line.

Asher gave him a look, "As your lawyer I can only advise you to do things that are legal," He reminded him.

"The only thing we can do is ban him from the casino." Lucio sighed. "But we lose every penny he took from us. Over the past month he's been here, he's made over 100,000."

"We sue," Asher said, "We have video surviellance," He told him.

"Card counting isn't illegal unless we can prove it." Lucio told him. "His little gestures and mannerisms don't prove a damn thing- any half ass defense lawyer knows that. They'd rip us apart in court."

Asher took a sip of his coffee, "Do you want to represent yourself or let me do my job?" He defended.

"I'll let you do your job but if you fail, we go with my first plan." Lucio told him honestly.

"We'll use two pawns, one as the dealer, the other to play cards against him," Asher said, "We can catch him that way."

"I want more cameras on him. We'll need to catch him at every possible angle." Lucio added.

"Then add the cameras," Asher told him, he was honestly a little hungover from last night and Lucio's attitude wasn't helping.

"Whats your deal?" Lucio asked, seeing that he wasn't his usual self.

"Nothing," Asher said as he took a sip of his coffee.

"I should be getting the contracts soon for the new pool area. I'll need you to look over them." Lucio said as he sat back down at his desk.
