"In general, yes." Drew said, not wanting to play her little game.
"Yes ma'am." Elliot smirked and finished dusting.
"Good," Aly said as she sat back against the pillows.
Mia finished vacuuming, "Wow, look how fast it all gets done when two people do it," She chuckled.
"Are you mad at me?" Drew asked.
"It wasn't hard." Elliot laughed.
Aly immediately felt bad, "No," She shook her head, "Not at all, I'm just annoyed at myself in how I feel and how I can't eat," She told him.
"Don't beat yourself up for it." Drew said as he put his arm around her.
"I'm not it's just making me irritable and I'm sorry," Aly said as she looked up at him.
"Its okay I get it." Drew said and kissed her head. "I'm sorry I pushed it."
"It's okay, thank you for caring so much," Aly told him.
"I'm your husband. Its what I do." He smiled.
"You've only been my husband for a few hours," Aly reminded him with a smile.
"And I'm already a pro." He grinned.
"You're perfect," Aly told him as she leaned up and kissed him softly.
Drew smiled and kissed her back. "I still can't believe you married me."
"I could say the same for you," Aly told him softly.
"I love you." Drew said and held her close.
"I love you too babe," Aly said as she leaned into him.
"I'm so lucky to have you." Drew said honestly.
Aly closed her eyes against him, "I couldn't be getting through any of this without you."?
"You could. But you won't ever have to." Drew told her.
"You're too good to me," Aly told him, it was true. She didn't think any other guy would have stayed through two rounds of cancer treatments and marry her as well.
"I'm not." Drew said honestly. He felt like he wasn't good enough for her.
"Yes you are," Aly told him, half the time she didn't feel like she didn't deserve it.
"Stop saying that." Drew said and played with her hair.
"I'm not because it's the truth," Aly told him.
"Yeah, because there were two of us doing it," Mia said with a smirk.
"I don't think it is." Drew pointed out.
"I did this by myself before I married you." Elliot reminded her.
"It is the truth, you're way to good to me," Aly told him before kissing him softly so he couldn't say anything else.
"Yeah, and how long did it take you to do it?" Mia teased him.
Drew smiled as he kissed her softly. "I won't disagree with my wife anymore."
"A while." Elliot teased.
Aly smiled against his lips before kissing him once more.
"Exactly," Mia said with a smirk before hearing the washing buzzer go off. She headed to the laundry room to change it over to the dryer.
Drew held her close as he kissed her back.
Elliot cleaned up the kitchen and fed Riley as Mia got the laundry.
Aly placed her hand on his cheek as she continued to kiss him, feeling more exhausted by the minute.
Mia started the dryer before coming out and plopping down on the couch.
"Are you okay?" Drew asked as he broke the kiss. He could tell she wasn't feeling strong.
"House works done." Elliot said and plopped beside her.
"My body is so exhausted that everything is starting to hurt," Aly admitted.
"We make a good team babe," Mia said as she patted his thigh.
"Lets rest for a while." He suggested, He didn't want her in pain.
"I know." Elliot smiled and held her hand.
Aly buried her head into his chest as she began crying softly, she hated all of this.
Mia smiled before moving herself so that she could lay in his lap, "Now, this is much better," She chuckled.
"Don't be sad, not today. Its our wedding day. Theres nothing to be sad about." he said as he rubbed her back.
"I see how you are." Elliot laughed.
